BBC Academy Fusion - Future Factual

BBC Future Factual is a day-long BBC Academy Fusion Summit, bringing together technologists, broadcasters and programme makers from the BBC and independent sector to investigate the ‘future of factual’. The day will look at how changing audience behaviors are combining with new technology and new ways of telling stories to create a complex, challenging and opportunity filled environment for factual storytellers within the BBC and wider factual programme making community.

The day will offer insights, discussion and debate from factual creatives and creative technologists across the board, and will carefully explore the fusion of where factual programmes are now, and where they might head over the next few years.

Speaker's include:

Nick Fraser, BBC Storyville

Dan Snow, Timeline WW2

Kate Quilton, Channel Four

Dan Korn, Discovery Networks UK

Alexandre Brachet, Upian

Jigar Mehta, 18 Days in Egypt

Bill Thompson, BBC Achive

Come and be part of the 'Future of Factual'.
